Terms & Conditions

  • All orders to be collected within 15 days of due date. Beyond 15 days, company will charge storage fee @ 12% per month (of invoice value). Beyond 90 days of delivery date, company will not be responsible for clothes.
  • Company will not be responsible for loss or damage, to any personal belonging left in the clothes.
  • Customers are requested to count the clothes, at the time of delivery and inform the delivery executive in case of missing articles. Company will not be liable for any such claims after the delivery has been accepted.
  • Claims raised for quality issues will be valid only within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customer shall pay the entire amount after successful delivery of order.
  • The exact bill amount will be informed to the customer via SMS/WhatsApp after the order is created.
  • All accessories that can be detached from the garment will be counted as separate items and charged separately.
  • For any loss or damage of garment, the compensation amount shall not be greater than 10 times the processing charges for that garment. Applicable only for the orders paid in advance.
  • Company is not liable for color bleed in laundry. You are advised not to give clothes that may bleed color in laundry. However you may give it for dry cleaning.
  • We are not responsible for color running, shrinkage, damages to embellishments or embroidery work on the articles.
  • Pick and Drop services will be offered as per the discretion of the store.
  • The store will try its best to deliver the clothes on the committed date, however the dates may sometimes change depending on load at the store.
